Faux Wood Order Form

Faux wood blinds will outlast real wood blinds in areas such as bathrooms,laundry rooms, and kids rooms. High moisture and rough kids is what faux woods were meant for.

Colors, mounts, and decimal equivalents:

If you want an embossed finish, enter "Embossed" in the style entry.
Enter "Plain" for a plain finish.
For Fabric Ladder Tapes, enter "Yes" for the Tape entry.
Options available are:
- Ladder tape... $25 per blind
- Cut outs..........$10 per cut
- Under 12"......$10 per blind
The standard for these faux wood blinds are: cords for tilting and lifting. If a wand is desired please request one. I have found that the cord tilts provide better closure on this type of blind.
